Hi, I'm Yuja_c from Puppy & Kitty's Kitchen :)

Hi, I'm Yuja_c from Puppy & Kitty's Kitchen. I live with 3 dogs and a cat ^^

When I was travelling overseas, I found a pet bakery and instantly fell in love with their pet bread. And after coming back to South Korea, I started to learn baking. I wanted to properly set my fundamentals, which is why I started off with learning baking for people. I mastered pretty much any and all baking I came across, including general bakery and confectionery, as well as making flower cakes, macaroons, or doing cake decorations.

At that time, there weren't any references available in Korea about pet food or pet dietetics, so I had to go through materials written in English or Japanese. And finally, I opened "Puppy & Kitty's Kitchen", homemade pet treats store in 2014. Since then, I have been working as a pet food specialist, running numerous baking classes, both one-day and professional as well as career classes for primary, middle, and highschool students. I've also made appearance on TV shows and megazines as homemade treats expert.

Through this class, I'd like to share various recipes and know-hows I've made by myself since 2012.

No worries. Everyone has their first try! I'll teach you step by step from very basics, so all you need to do is follow my instructions. I'll start from how to use the tools.

Let's make healthy, pretty treats!

Puppy & Kitty's Kitchen's motto is to make "treats you'd think are for people." With this motto, I make tasty-looking yet nutritious treats. Let's make delicious-looking treats and learn about the nutritions necessary for the pets. No worries, it'll be fun and easy!

Have you seen your pets smile happily?

I love my pets' happy, innocents smiles. I'm sure you all do, too. Especially, when I say "Who wants treats?", their eyes sparkle with joy and tails can't stop wagging, I can't resist smiling myself. Not just my dogs, my cat also rushes in as well. This is my favorite scene. It's really rewarding to see them react so happily to the treats I made myself. I'd really like you to feel this yourself.

You can have lovely, stress-relieving moment while making the treats.

Hi, I'm Yuja_c. I ran homemade pet treat store, "Puppy and Kitty's Kitchen" since 2015; later on, I started running a pet boarding as well. My job is making and developing new treats for pets. As the owner of 3 dogs and 1 cat, I make homemade treats for my pets. My treats are generally small-bites pets can easily eat; I prefer not to feed them bulk treats left around in freezer.

While traveling in 2013, I stumbled upon a pet bakery in Japan. It was such a shock to find so many treats made just for pets. At that time, there weren't much pet treats in Korea other than dried triets. I wanted to make treats as tasty and healthy as possible,to a level even people could eat. That's why I started off with learning baking for people. I mastered pretty much any and all baking I came across, including general bakery and confectionery, as well as making flower cakes, macaroons, or doing cake decorations.

Up until now, I've had so much trials and errors. Before I first started making pet treats, there were't any books or recipes around that I could refer to. It was literally starting from nothing. I can't mention enough how fun and rewarding it was to create new recipes on my own and to watch my pets gleaming with happiness when I give them new treats.

Since 2014, I've been making pet treats because I really loved seeing my pets happily enjoying homemade treats. Are you new to cooking? Are you thinking your food might not taste nice? No worries! First time is difficult for anyone.

Let's try this one by one. You'll be able to make great treats for your pets in no time! ^^
