Expecting to have some time to relax and take care of your body.
These days, the company is too fast... I think I will be able to participate in the class after emptying my head at least for 10 minutes!

It doesn't work well when you just fold your upper body in a line position. You always hold your breath when you make difficult moves for me.

Stretch your upper body in your exhaled breath and tilt it as close to your legs as possible. Don't hold your breath. Keep your breathing in the first priority. :)
