😱 [GPU effects error] If you press number pad 0 or blood up, you can't see the preview and have the same error as in the picture.
I'm posting it because I think there might be some people with the same error as me!

If you look at File -> Project Settings -> Video Rendering and Effects,
There are 3 choices in Use!

You can change it to Mercury software acceleration there.
CUDA's available on all Intel-based computers!
-Opencl is only available on windows with NVIDIA!
You can use either computer:)
I used CUDA and it was solved!

The adobies made the site so uncomfortable that I managed to find them.ᄃᄃᄇᄇ

Explore the High-Effects

Drag from the Effects panel on the right to drop into Layer
In the Applied Effects panel, click Effects, and then Ctrl + C -> Copy Effects to the desired layer

Fill - Fill (Pill)
       Invert - Invert

Ramp - Generate -> Gradient Ramp
          Create Gradient in Layer

Level - Color correction -> Level
         Calibrate the Layer's Level

Hue/Saturation - Color correction -> Hue/Saturation
                     Color and saturation correction

Blur - Blur & Sharpen -> Gaussian Blur
        Apply Blur to Layers - Change Bluriness Value

KEYLIGHT - keying -> keylight1.2
               Remove desired color from layer

Light Sweep(히까리) - Generate -> CC Light Sweep
                            Apply light to layers

Glow - Stylize -> Glow
         Makes the layer glow.

Transition - Transition -> Multiple Transitions
               Transition to create a screen switching effect
               (Click Overwatch!)
