Hello, I'm Choi Eunha of Theterapist. Hormone-related symptoms such as chronic fatigue or irregular menstruation can also be improved. Chronic fatigue can suspect liver fatigue and kidney fatigue. In other words, the health of the kidneys and liver should be improved. It is helpful to massage the area with liver and kidney blood by applying lotion or oil to the cotton swab and attach the boiseok twice a week. (Remove it 2-3 days after attaching the boiseok and attach it again) It would be helpful to take vitamin B groups, especially B1, B2, and B6, divided into three doses of optimal intake per day (100ml each). (See chronic fatigue chapter 1-1) For menstrual irregularities, you should manage the autonomic nerves and endocrine function to improve. In addition, regarding menstruation, it is recommended to manage ovarian blood and blood points related to women's hormones, endogenesis, pituitary hormones, and pelvis at the same time. (See chapter04-1)
