It took eight days and two weeks to start the Affinity Diagram and finish the first session. It took me a long time to read the results of the survey and interview carefully and post-it one by one! I used Miro, a collaborative tool with my team members, as a telecommuting agent due to corona. It had the advantage of being able to record a lot of post-its and making a whole new column by copying them as needed. I used the Affinity Diagram in approximately five stages, and I would like to add a green post-it called HMW at the last. In the maze, you can attach emojis to Post-it. We used these emojis as an index to sort out yellow post-its in the beginning. First of all, I wanted to mark the character of Post-it content with emoji while looking at Post-it. It was my first time doing an Affinity Diagram, but it was really fun. Earlier this year, I was able to use the Miro platform that I had been looking for at the beginning of the project. There are a lot of updates that are full of additional features in the aftermath of the corona...! I recommend it to those who need to collaborate by remote control.
