Often it's not the time to be ready to answer the information or questions that the other person needs during the interview. When the opponent is defensive, it is difficult to ask questions as they eventually release them. In other words, is there a way to use it when it's difficult to check the exact information (if you're talking about something else and asking again to verify it) like not telling the whole story or giving the intended answer?

There are a few things to think about. 1) Don't do it as if it's an "interview": It can be helpful if you continue unofficially so that you don't feel like you started an official interview at first. If you feel that your opponent has started an interview, you can be more defensive. 2) Build enough trust with your partner: You should use all your energy to build trust in the beginning of the interview. 3) Reduce the number of questions: Think about how to get a lot of information with fewer questions. (I'm in the middle of a lecture)

I don't know how to write my comments. I get to have a lot of interviews as an intermediary manager, but I don't think it's effective. I want to learn more effective ways through this lecture!

Scientific, information-gathering, conversational methods, that's very impressive. The story explains like a tree. The examples are connected and wrapped up like leaves running on tree branches. Seo Woo's questions are very sharp. I'm looking forward to it.

I think it's amazing that we did this without a script. ^^;

It would be helpful to try to collect the feelings of the other person before we get to the point in the conversation. You can make light greetings first and see how they react. By collecting clues from the words you use during the conversation and defining emotions as keywords.
