1. How do I copy and pass the letter layer and separate it? I don't know well, so I made a letter layer raster and copied it, and erased the parts I didn't need, so should I do this?
2. How do I make continuous triangular shapes? I pressed alt and copied it one by one, but I'm curious because you seem to be working on it quickly with a shortcut.

1. The Direct Selection Tool (A) controls the pass section! Leave only the words you need and repeat the removal!
For your information, you can just type Korean characters in one layer from the beginning.
2. Press alt+shift+direction key together to copy 10 pixels!

Radial blur-zoom question! 
Like you, the zumbler doesn't go in both sides, but why is it like that?
It's the same if you change the zoom size, but thank you for your answer :)

Because Radial Blur recognizes the location of an object within a document!
You have to put it in the center of the document and apply the blusher to spread it in all directions!

Is the black color value of #00000 correct? Don't mix a little bit of color!
And when applying half tone, all 4 channel values should be zero!
