My mom and I are not good at stomach functioning, so if we eat a lot, we can't digest and especially if we eat flour products, it's harder. So I'm watching with interest!

Is there a reason why I have to make a began butter?I wonder if there is a difference between making the process with the same material!And did you put the Nutritionalist in nutritional terms if it didn't affect the taste?^^I'm going to use it to get home. I wonder what the difference is and what flavor it is! I'm looking forward to seeing the next video.^^

Hello! If you put vegan butter ingredients into the ingredients without making them into butter, you can't play a proper role. The key of scones is to make solid fat into small pieces so that it can fit between the powder ingredients, then add liquid ingredients to make dough, layer by layer, and melt solid fat to create an empty space and create a crispy and light texture! Solid fat is essential, and in order to carve solid materials, the materials must not be dispersed but lumped together! That's why we make vegan butter first, harden it, and use it. 😊 If we put it separately, we can't cut it, right? You can understand that it is made with ingredients similar to regular butter so that it can act like regular butter! Nutrient yeast is used to give off a scent similar to regular butter, but it is mixed with dough rather than eaten raw, so even if you don't put it in, the flavor difference is very small! It would be nice if you add a little bit more flavor, but the scone itself is not a necessary ingredient because it doesn't make it taste bad. :-)
