The chewy texture of cod is so good, and the homemade sauce tastes so cool and deep. I think it'll be cool and clean if you add a little peppero without pimentone and add a clear and slightly spicy taste. I put in a little bit because I was eating alone, but if I put in a lot like the chef, the plating would have come out really pretty.
