I didn't like rice, so I thought I'd eat less carbohydrates, but it was a big shock that it was over 50 percent. Whew Visually, it's even more shocking. I'm gonna have to change it. fi

Jiyoung, thank you for being so kind to capture this. ^^I sometimes get really surprised to see over 60 percent! It's really annoying to record what you eat every day, but if you don't record it, you'll feel like you're really out of control.

Ballans was the hardest. It's not easy because your feet are flat feet. It's been a long time since I've done core exercises, so I feel like I've lost a lot I'll see you next week after the supplementary class. Thank you for your efforts.

It was hard to balance the tree position. And plank was good in dexterity, but it was difficult.

My lower body is a bit less flexible, so I can't hold it behind my other hand with my back leg on my arm. It's fun to do yoga after a long time.^^♡
