It's because the upper part of the thigh is not in place due to pelvic asymmetry or the slope twist! First of all, you can continue exercising without any pain and just make a sound. Especially the Clamshell movement where you open your knees while lying on your side. I like it when you do a lot of things.^^ And in addition, If you do exercise 1 and 2 together in supplementary exercise, you'll be okay!

It's definitely hard for my front thighs because I'm in the right position! But my butt's really asleep.crying

It can be a body type with a waist roll due to the usual compensation of hip muscles:! Finish with stretching your hip muscles after exercising.^^ If you keep doing it, your lower body balance will get better. Way to go!

I'm done with this chapter ❣ My shoulder hurts during this exercise, and I don't know if it's muscle-stressing or if it's because I'm not properly positioned. I guess it's because it's my first time working out my shoulders. If I kept trying to pull them down, it would have been better, right? Maybe it's because squats put out a lot of ribs in front of them, but it's hard on the front of my thighs, so I'll keep working out and get used to it! Is it right that my arm keeps getting tired even after stretching my waist around 20 minutes and 42 seconds?
