I'm done with this chapter ❣ My shoulder hurts during this exercise, and I don't know if it's muscle-stressing or if it's because I'm not properly positioned. I guess it's because it's my first time working out my shoulders. If I kept trying to pull them down, it would have been better, right? Maybe it's because squats put out a lot of ribs in front of them, but it's hard on the front of my thighs, so I'll keep working out and get used to it! Is it right that my arm keeps getting tired even after stretching my waist around 20 minutes and 42 seconds?
