That's a really good question! I think it'll be helpful to other people as well. 
First, I'll recommend two methods!

*The first is 'know the real meaning'. 
You can read the meanings and examples of words written by native speakers through Google's English dictionary. I'll write down the method below. 

1) Search 'words + mining' on Google ex) obssess mining 
2) Scroll down and click on 'Cambridge Dictionary' at the top (link: https://dictionary.cambridge.org/ko/%EC%82%AC%EC%A0%84/%EC%98%81%EC%96%B4/obsess) 

*The second is 'Listen to native speakers use this expression in their daily lives.' 
I'll write down the method below. 

1) Search the word 'obsess' on YouTube 
2) Click on the various videos that include "obsess" as the title, and listen directly to whether they are used as an understanding in Google's English dictionary.

In addition to the dictionary meaning, the best way to know what kind of situation a native speaker uses the word in conversation is to listen! :)

There is a book by Key Publishing called "The Power of English Habits to Study Alone," and it teaches how to use conversational words in a pattern similar to the English word study method taught by Geun-young teacher. I'm going to study with this book!

I think I'm the least motivated when I study and feel like I'm on my own. I was also in a period of stagnation when I thought, "Are you getting better at it?" So I think it would be a lecture that can provide practical help not only with study methods but also psychologically (mind setting. :) Fighting!
