I have a question. Last lecture, when I raised my hand for the first time, you told me to turn my palm around and lift it up to the ceiling. In this video, the back of your hand looks like it's being raised to the sky, so I'm a little confused. Which of the following would you like to do without shoulder injury in an accurate position?
1. Raise your arms forward and raise them in the direction of the palm facing each other.
2. Raise your arms horizontally, raise your palms to the sky.
And 3. What should I do with the direction of my palm when I get off?
I'm enjoying your lecture. Thank you 🙏
