Yes~! Dear Sky! I reuse fried oil one more time! For reuse, fry 1st - Crush onion peel in oil until onion-flavored, remove from heat and remove onion peel and cool. Put a paper filter on a clean bottle and pour oil over it to remove impurities, etc. Finally, you can close the lid and use it at cool room temperature within a week or refrigerate it! Reuse again as soon as possible. ^^

Wash and dry the onion peel and use it without moisture. It's because onion shells prevent scattering in the oil and absorb bad smells. ^^
