Hello, I go to Pilates Center. Whenever I use the abdominal core, my right waist and ribs are tight. It's too tight. It would be nice if that could be solved through this lecture. It's a lot better, but I hope that the turtle neck round shoulder, hip joints, knees, and ankles (I'm using them all) will be stronger and more painless.
