Overall, your posture seems to collapse a lot when you're sitting down! There's a possibility of a solution because you're aware of it :) Some people regularly set the alarm for the right posture and it seemed like a good idea! Why don't you stretch your back and stretch your twisted legs whenever the alarm goes off? The quality of the nutrients you take is great, but the amount itself looks a little small. Please add a little more protein!

"I have to work out my muscles because I don't have muscles, but I don't have muscles to work out." Lol. I'm a very sympathetic person. I worked too hard to help my mom's shop this year, and my elbow shoulder got numb. So I went to orthopedic surgery and found that 80% of the bad posture was caused. Bending position! Let's change it while exercising!

Keep your back on the ground! I think this is the point. Recently, when I did similar exercises, the part where I straightened my legs and lowered my legs was maintained so that my back wouldn't come up. But it started to come up soon. I think it's because I don't have enough core strength, but I won't be in a hurry and I'll gradually increase my core strength. Until one day I'll have core strength to lift and lower my leg!
