Pre-practice: Muscle exercise/Gold ratio: Spine pelvic orthodontics/Coloring technique: Think of it as weight loss!    I can be excited to see myself running just by correction and weight loss, but in the end, muscle loss and yo-yo come without muscular exercise.   You know, muscles don't form overnight, right?  It's natural that it doesn't come out well at first and it's hard, but the more I practice, the more I get. 100% sure! (I've seen so much effect!!) 1. I don't compare my paintings with others!  2. Accept things that are not well drawn from the beginning. Especially gradation 3. You can go back and forth a few times, so try to express it calmly 4. Look far away and do it steadily!  5. Don't be impatient!
