There are a lot of people who talk about pain.
Foam roller fascia relaxation
Put the foam roller on your knees and press it left and right for about a minute
(If it doesn't hurt a lot, you can add more weight by stacking the other leg.)
Just above the knee (to the thigh), inside and outside, just like how to relax the thigh fascia
I recommend you to stretch after you loosen it up
Please check the level of pain while doing it for about two weeks^^
