I'm thrilled to be able to melt into class 101:)


I've been breathing with members through Pilates for 11 years, and I've been meeting many people not only offline but also online.


Pilates YouTube, which began with a three-year-old daughter next to her, has grown into a channel loved by 80,000 subscribers for just one piece of content.

The online class, which is currently in the 14th class, was a great opportunity to continuously understand and make up for the difficulties and needs of students doing home training.
