Am I always this healthy and energetic? It wasn't at all. People who are far from exerciseIt was this. I was a sloth human being who stayed in bed all day long because of excessive bleeding after giving birth, lost physical strength due to the sequelae of treatment, was very helpless, and had a lot of trouble.


I did that through exercise Healthier daily routine than when I was a teenagerI'm regaining, and now I'm living a vibrant and enjoyable life day by day! It became difficult to describe my day without exercise.


Anyone can do it if they have the will.

I'll help you with all the rest:)

If you're curious about how I became a sports evangelist because I didn't know anything about sports! Come with me! I'll share and share it with all of you:) It's not difficult at all. It's not someone else's story. Anyone can do it if they are steady.

Please let many of you share these concerns with me. This online homecoming class is for those people I designed a customized curriculum focusing on “exercises that can be done at home” within a “short time.”

POINT 1. I'll correct exercise methods that didn't work.

Have you exercised so far but haven't there been any changes in your body? If you have a wrong body shape and are exercising in the wrong position, no matter how hard you exercise, you will not be able to properly stimulate your muscles. Also, even if it is the same movement, it may be wrong for someone depending on the body type. In order to prevent this, I will show you how to exercise according to your body along with various cases.


POINT 2. Just follow the routine and the day's workout is over!

After teaching the basic movements I'll teach you workout routines that work well just by playing the video and following them! I want to breathe together as if I were exercising with me. If we keep following along, our bodies will become stronger.

POINT 3. Exercise only 20 minutes a day

I don't want you to be burdened with time spent exercising in a hectic daily life. Therefore, all exercises were structured around 20 minutes. This is because the key point isn't the length of time you exercise, but the fact that you exercise repeatedly every day. You will be able to feel the joy of exercising while changing step by step with me every day for 20 minutes a day!


POINT 4. Eating habits that prevent yo-yo

Everyone knows very well how important it is to exercise and improve eating habits. However, there are too many temptations for us living in modern times to change our habits all at once. I loved fast food and snacks so much! I'll also share my eating habits know-how that helped me maintain such a healthy diet! Of course, I'll introduce you to effective ways to use Cheating Day to make us happy, as well as delicious snacks to eat while managing your diet:)

POINT 5. All of these courses are at the beginner's eye level

We have prepared a step-by-step curriculum that is structured from the basics so that beginners who have no idea about exercise can easily enter. I would like to focus on the most important thing in exercising: being able to properly deliver stimulation to the desired area, and being able to control the muscles on one's own.

I am a mom of elementary school siblings, a fitness athlete, a fitness model, and an influencer. During the delivery process, I lived between life and death due to excessive bleeding, and I was helpless every day due to the sequelae, and I had a depressing daily life due to frequent illnesses.


I am living an energetic and happy daily life every day while starting an exercise and diet for the purpose of recovery, and regaining my health! Right now, I'm living every day full of energy! I know it better than anyone else because I've experienced firsthand that a healthy body makes for a healthy mind and mind.
