Hello, this is HYDEE Atelier. I am promoting healthy rice baking with wet rice flour and healthy ingredients in Daegu. Rice baking refers to making baked goods using only rice flour without using wheat flour.
You might think that rice flour isn't usually used only for making mochi. However, you can also make a variety of baking menus using rice flour, from cookies to cakes. Since it is made with healthy ingredients and recipes, it fits the tastes of people of all ages, making it a great gift.

Recently, research has shown that gluten contained in flour causes stomach pain and obesity, so more and more people are looking for gluten-free products. Rice baking is recommended for those who don't want to consume wheat flour. Bread made from rice flour is more digestible than wheat bread, and it has a light flavor!

After I got married, I quit my job and fell in love with the bean paste flower and baking class that I started as a hobby, and I spent every day having fun making and handing out one thing at home.
After the child was born, more and more tools and materials were piled up in the house, and many requests for lessons and orders began to come in from around me!
After that, I set up my own studio and began taking classes in earnest, and it's been 3 years since I started doing that.
I'm preparing a class because I want to share my popular recipes that I've been building up with more people.
