Hello, this is Blue Saem:)

I loved dancing and singing while standing in front of me since I was a kid, and I liked ballet that I started by chance when I was 13, so I've been doing ballet for 20 years and have been a ballet evangelist.

Ballet is about beauty, exercise, physical and mental health, and fantasy.

Like classical music, the more I get to know it, the more new and surprising it is.

I work in creating programs and teaching them so that people can easily access all the good things about ballet.

Even now that the perception of ballet has changed a lot, there are probably many people who think that ballet is far from me.

From those people to those who have already started ballet, I hope you can watch, hear, and feel ballet with me and try it yourself.

While teaching adult ballet and hobby ballet aimed at the general public in the entrance exam student guidance, I was able to see more clearly how ballet changes body shape.

Apparently, ballet majors have been doing ballet since they were young, so most of them have the right body.

However, there are a lot of people who have turtle necks, crooked shoulders, or crooked backs that come from an incorrect posture.
