Hallo It's called Lee Dong-hyuk, who runs Brewers Coffee. Baking has always been a difficult task for me, who majored in coffee. When I first opened my store, classes weren't very active, so I had no choice but to bump into them and learn. I'd like to share with you the many variables I've experienced during this process. -Classes will focus on practical dough recipes with simple processes, various applications, and areas where a consistent flavor can be produced even with a small oven. When I was offered a class, I felt pressured to be able to help someone other than a major, but I think the time I spent surviving for 5 years would really be a necessary fertilizer for anyone.
