A violin with a mystical charm

The violin is a fascinating instrument. No matter what kind of ensemble they do, they have a soloist tendency to take on the role of leader and lead the melody, so I think violin majors are a bit assertive? Since it has a wider range of techniques than other instruments, I think it can make various sounds and expressions of emotion, etc., so I think it gives it a more mysterious appeal.

How different are the violins that Yale students can teach you?

I'm a Yale student, so I teach better and I'm different! Rather than... I started playing the violin late, and I didn't get expensive tutoring, so I had to work harder than my other friends.

When I was in college late, I met a great professor, and I learned by studying know-how while feeling it with my own body. Thanks to this, when I teach someone, I can better understand the student's position. More than anyone else, I will say carefully that my strength is that I can quickly catch the shortcomings of students.

What specifically do you learn?

  • I think the most important thing is how to make a sound, but I'm not just making noise, but I'll teach you how to make a high-quality sound properly.
  • The difficult part of playing the violin is that the left hand and right hand don't fit well. I'll show you how to practice separately on how to sync well.
  • On the violin, it is essential to move positions. Since the columns aren't divided like a guitar, I have to practice positions a lot.
  • You'll learn how to practice efficiently without wasting time. I don't feel like doing a lot and practicing for a long time unconditionally. I'll show you how to practice efficiently using practice notes.
  • In addition, I'll share with you many other know-how I've learned with my own body. I'll also show you the know-how to match the accompaniment well and how to perform an ensemble. I can't do the accompaniment myself, but I'll also try playing with the accompaniment using a MIDI file.

What kind of person would be best to listen to it?

If this is the case, I hope that people who have experienced the violin at least once will listen to it. They know at least some basic sheet music reading and fingering techniques. I'll give you the basic basics for a moment, and I'll teach you how to practice efficiently on your own, more advanced techniques, and song expressions.

We have prepared it for those who quit after learning once before, those who stopped lessons due to various reasons, those who want to take private lessons of a little higher quality, and those who want to take lessons at any time without age restrictions.

If you have trouble getting started when learning a new song, I'll show you how to learn while watching sheet music alone even after the course is over.

Can I learn to play violin online?

So I prepared a 1:1 coaching ticket!

Taking private lessons offline has become very difficult these days. I also do a lot of online lessons. Since it's online, it's hard for me to figure out my own position, but I can explain it online so that you can fully understand it. If you're listening to a lecture and don't understand it well, or if you want to know about posture correction, left hand and right hand techniques, and more detailed song expressions, please use the 1:1 coaching ticket!

Leave a video or post with your question, and we'll answer it in a post or video if needed. (For more information on 1:1 coaching tickets, please refer to the package introduction)

A systematic curriculum like a departmental course

I organized the curriculum in a systematic manner like a departmental course. We've carefully prepared missions to improve your skills. If you get feedback on the mission and follow the lessons carefully, you will quickly find yourself improving your skills.

Learning to play the violin

It's like getting to know life.

The more I learned, the more difficult it was about the violin. However, the sense of accomplishment is just as great. The thrill and joy I feel when I practice and perform the finished song satisfactorily is what motivates me to continue playing the violin. I'm happiest when I hear my efforts in front of people, get recognized, and recognize the emotional expressions that come from my music.

My goal through this class is for me and you to grow together.

I want to show everyone who listens to my classes how they can practice on their own after the lesson. I hope that you will develop while listening to my classes, follow my own methods, and discover the right posture, technique, and way to express songs.
