Hallo I'm 'Nunu', an illustrator who uses watercolor to express a warm sensibility.

I have a small studio called “Nunu Workshop.” I'm with two cats. I teach and work in the studio, and occasionally weave my favorite pictures to make goods.

I draw a variety of things regardless of material, such as flowers, plants, figures, animals, etc., but the happiest part I draw is when I draw animals. I think I've been comforted a lot by animals since I was a kid. So rather than just liking painting Communicates with animals by expressing their feelings in a vivid wayI'm going to do it.

I hope it will be a time to cherish the things around us at least once while drawing not only pets (dogs, cats), but also other animals.

In the meantime, I would like to teach you how to express easily based on the know-how I have accumulated while running watercolor one-day classes and regular classes. Instead of a detailed style, I would like to focus on an easy and quick way to complete it while making use of the unique taste of water in watercolor.

What do you learn?

Learn color expressions and techniques for animal expressionAnimals have three-dimensional shapes, so you have to get used to smudging paint and handling brushes. Instead of drawing every hair in detail, I will show you step by step so that you can feel the three-dimensional effect just by smearing the paint and color changes.

How to easily sketch and transfer to watercolor paper

I will show you how to use guide lines and simple contrast expressions so that beginners can easily draw animals that are somewhat more difficult to sketch than botanicals. In the future, I will also show you how to use tracing paper so that you can transfer it neatly to watercolor paper.

Express your pet and a variety of animals

Draw a picture of a pet you are with or have been with. We will learn expressions by explaining the structure and characteristics of each animal. Every animal has its own characteristics, so I will emphasize the characteristics and express the picture in a lively way.

I will mainly teach you the expressions of dogs and cats, and then I will also try to organize expressions of various animals such as giraffes and birds in a class.
