I would like to introduce everyone's Kamameshi teacher.

<Everybody's Kamamega> Author Kim Hee-jong is a cooking teacher at Kim Hee-jong's naturalistic cooking class where students meet students through monthly cooking classes while researching the most delicious and simple ways to eat seasonal ingredients.

I started my social life as a web designer, but I couldn't hide my passion for cooking, so after leaving the company, I developed a career at various restaurants, and opened a “secret meal” in Itaewon in 2013, and had many regular fans. Then, for my own health and my father's health, I stayed away from irritating foods and developed a menu with ingredients close to nature every day, so naturally I even held a cooking class under the title “Naturalistic Cooking Class.”

As many as four times a month, we make the most delicious healthy recipes using seasonal ingredients, and give students a healthy food promotion in a variety of ways. I also enjoy watching Kim Hee Jong's menu full of ideas, which is updated on Instagram every morning. One or two main ingredients with less seasoning than that... Delicious Bookstore is a single-person publishing house specializing in cookbooks, opened by a 12th year cooking editor who majored in cooking at university. At my first publication-related job, I wrote and edited a number of cookbooks while creating a cookbook series, and later launched the food magazine “la main” to expand the field beyond everyday cooking to fine food.

Tasty Bookstore is a publishing house that creates a variety of books regardless of genres related to cooking based on its long-standing know-how. It's a small book workshop now in its 3rd year, but cookbooks created with the heart of food lovers will feel just as easy, warm, and delicious. Instead of reading a cookbook once, I'm trying to create a cookbook that will stay embedded in our lives for a long time.
