Hello, I'm Kim Boram, a jewelry wire-craft artist. Actually, I didn't have any hobbies before I started jewelry wire crafts. I wanted to have one, but finding an interesting hobby was like picking stars in the sky.

Then, five years ago, while strolling through a night market in Thailand, I stumbled upon a pair of earrings that made me fall in love with the charm of jewelry wire crafts. Did you make these beautiful earrings by hand? I just got greedy.

“I want to try making it too.”

And that passion continues even now, five years later. Now I want to let you know the appeal of wire crafts that are a bit special and really attractive, so I'm preparing this class.

What is the appeal of jewelry wire crafts It's easy to get started anywhereThat's it. You don't need to have any knowledge of jewelry design or metal crafts. You don't need a big space to do your hobbies, and you don't need a big desk to display lots of tools and materials.

Let me tell you all the things I couldn't easily understand when I started this craft 5 years ago.

Despite the fact that jewelrywire crafting is an easy craft to start, my first encounter with jewelrywire crafting didn't go well. I didn't have a lot of materials in Korea, and there were no sources I could learn from.

Now I want to share this fun hobby with all of you. I hope your beginning was a lot easier and more fun than mine.

First, let's make a simple design with a single wire.

When I make a design with just one line of wire, I use beads to express it in a more different way. How can I create a design with just a line of wire?

A string of wire, an earring hook, and a pair of beads are all it takes to create such a simple and beautiful earring.:)

You might be confused at first. It wasn't easy to make the same earrings, but I think the most challenging time for me was when I had to make them symmetrical. At first, I thought I only made a few one-sided earrings. My own know-how gained from repeated mistakes! All of you can easily get it through this lesson.

More colorful designs are also possible!

What if the design I think is much more complicated and can't be solved with a single wire? After learning basic designs for the first time, A design that incorporates more than one designI'm going to make one.

The earring above is a design created by combining two simple designs. I gave it a pretty green color as an accent.:)

These cute “little cute” earrings were born from a 20 gauge wire, a 28 gauge, and 2 pairs of beads. The center part of the earring is a simple wire weaving (wire weaving) to express a different texture. Isn't that so cute?

These earrings are a very charming child accented with a slightly different chain. You can also use all your imagination and use other auxiliary materials to your heart's content. 😊

If you tried simple wire wrapping on 'Little Cute' earrings, now I'm going to try a bit more complicated wire weaving.

Even if the earring itself has a very simple design, when wire wrapping is incorporated like this, it shines on its own, and a beautiful earring is born.
