CTO from Naver

All the juniors you want to hire

Who would a CTO in his 20th year of development experience want to work with? What do juniors who continue to grow and develop have in common? Here's a breakdown of the three elements that a junior backend developer must have: skills/experience/competency.

  1. Skills: In addition to knowledge of development languages, they develop a habit of growing by looking at learning methods.
  2. Experience: You will learn how to better appeal to the interviewer from this experience. ① Cover letter, ② portfolio, ③ Complete an attractive job application through the method of filling out documents.
  3. Competence: Is development good enough? You will be reborn as a “developer who is good at work” through the skill of collaborating with other job groups.
