Skills You’ll Learn
Class introduction
Hello, I'm Kim Eun-taek, and I'm in charge of video design at TikiTic. I'm so happy and happy to meet all of my classmates during the 2nd semester video editing class on the Adobe campus!
As a video content producer, my most common job is “video editing with graphic elements,” but in this class, I'm going to teach everything from video editing using Premiere Pro to designing subtitles in conjunction with After Effects.
Video editing technology is becoming more and more popular as more and more people create and share videos that tell their own stories. There are so many places you can use it for project presentations, product promotions, portfolios, contests, hobbies, etc., even if you are familiar with just one video editing technique. It's probably a very useful skill not only for people who want to become video creators or YouTubers, but also for ordinary college students preparing for employment and office workers who are about to make presentations.
I've prepared a course for making short shorts within 1 minute so that even those new to video editing can feel free to get started, so don't be afraid and follow my lessons in order!

There are 2 reasons why this class is special
❶ Must be a “must” for shorts videos
Using different types of subtitles
There are so many people watching videos of shorts on the way to and from school or commuting to work these days on the subway, but there are quite a few people watching videos without wearing earphones. Therefore, the content of the Shots video should be as simple as possible, intuitively, and 'must be accompanied by subtitles'. Subtitles are not a good thing to have in short videos; they are a necessary element.
Let's create generic subtitles and point captions used to emphasize important content with Premier Pro, and learn about the ability to automatically generate subtitles through speech recognition. Additionally, I'll show you how to create animated motion captions such as sequence subtitles, music subtitles, and profile subtitles with After Effects for a more vibrant subtitle effect.
