I would like to introduce everyone's tteokbokki teacher.

Dr. Hong Shin-ae, who introduced more than 40 different tteokbokki dishes in <Everybody's Tteokbokki>, is a culinary researcher and self-proclaimed “cooking virtue.” Tteokbokki is the only soul food that has supported his life since he was a child until now, because he eats something delicious every time, and the biggest concern of his life is what is more delicious for his next meal.


Hong Shin Ae-pyo cuisine, which began when she moved to the United States and entered the authentic culinary world after marriage, went beyond the level of a hobby or hobby into a full-scale field of exploration and research. After being a food stylist, she was loved by many for her witty conversations and knowledgeable cooking stories on TV. Currently, he runs Restaurant Salt, which presents small but full Italian home-cooked dishes, and introduces his unique culinary world to the public through collaboration with various companies.

Delicious Bookstore is a single-person publishing house specializing in cookbooks, opened by a 12th year cooking editor who majored in cooking at university. At my first publication-related job, I wrote and edited a number of cookbooks while creating a cookbook series, and later launched the food magazine “la main” to expand the field beyond everyday cooking to fine food.


Tasty Bookstore is a publishing house that creates a variety of books regardless of genres related to cooking based on its long-standing know-how. It's a small book workshop now in its 3rd year, but cookbooks created with the heart of food lovers will feel just as easy, warm, and delicious. Instead of reading a cookbook once, I'm trying to create a cookbook that will stay embedded in our lives for a long time.
