I don't think the viewers need to know Fisher's equation. 

So I'm telling you carefully. (I'm sorry if I offended you.)

It's complicated just by looking at it. I don't know how much you can get into college in real life. 

It would have been better if you could have used a material like the reason why housing prices don't rise. 

Three reasons why housing prices do not rise 1) No supply 2) No loan 3) No interest rate increase

For housing prices to rise, loans and interest rates need to be released before supply is released.  

If it was a lecture like this, it would be catchy and memorable.
