Aiming for a “tasty diet,” “a healthy meal,” and “beautiful visuals,” Diet recipes that make your eyes and mouth happyI've been communicating with many people on Instagram for 5 years now while learning about the happiness of sharing. It's a bit long, but can you listen to my introduction?


What does chobchop mean?

Thinking about starting Instagram, I came up with two keywords. dietswith D.I.Y (Do It Yourself)! The word that came to mind like that is “”!

The pleasant sound of chopping boards heard in the kitchen. Change the p in chopchop to b for words that express sounds and feelings you want to share when you eat delicious food 'chobchop' I put it in.

(Don't b and p look like spoons facing each other? :D)

My body is very honest when it comes to eating. When it comes to eating, they don't even tolerate white lies. The people who eat are getting fat, and the stress on the lower body in particular is not the only one. (Is there anyone who sympathizes with you..?)


I lost 10 kg in a short period of time while being drawn to various diets that are popular all over the world, and I lost 10 kg in a short period of time, then I gained more than 30 kg of weight again due to the wrong lifestyle, and I was struggling to lose weight again and again. As a result, I think my commitment to dieting and my self-esteem gradually declined. A heart that has no end even if it is done, and there is no satisfaction. Furthermore, around this time, I also had an unexpected and difficult time in my life.

I went through many unspeakable processes to overcome it. One of them changed my mind about the proposition “diet.” 'Accreditation'I did it.


I want to stay with my diet for the rest of my life -> partner! Since we're partners, we should have a happy and fun time together -> Then let's have a delicious meal that we can eat for a lifetime

It is also written in the Instagram introduction of the table 'Healthy Body, Mind, and Habits', 'LOVE MY SELF'has been an Instagram motto for quite some time. It's not just about losing weight within a set period, but also about sustainable eating habits for a healthy body and mind! I have been practicing records since the last day of February 2015 with the desire to cherish myself like that. I also started exercising.


Be more interested in food

And I became interested in food. But just thinking about fasting, fasting, and fasting anymore made me cringe! Do you sympathize with the feeling that the moment you announce a diet, you are not free from food, and your choices are drastically reduced?


You can't just eat salad grass and crunchy chicken breast every day, I wanted to break the implicit formula “diet food, healthy food = tasteless.” So food, that is, stuffsI'm starting to get a little more interested in.

I feel that good-looking food tastes better

It is said that sight and smell play a more decisive role in feeling the taste of food than the sense of taste. Food that looks good also tastes better!

A change has come to my life

As I gradually changed my thoughts and eating habits one by one, I naturally lost weight. I focused more on “body shape” than “weight,” and my mindset changed.


Then, the interest in external elements such as beautiful clothes, bags, and shoes began to shift to colorful, fresh, and beautiful ingredients.

It was fun to go shopping for ingredients and discover new ingredients, I went to cooking classes, and even if I didn't understand all the languages, I became even more interested in searching for overseas cooking videos and books. I also sort out the recipes I want to make, and draw imaginary visuals! Not only that, I was greedy for dishes, cutlery, table mats, cooking utensils, etc., so I began to think about what design and materials to combine with the dishes and ingredients to make them visually prettier.


Until now, I didn't even know the “yo” of cooking, and the kitchen space was just awkward for me, but it was a huge change.


And that change Starting from the kitchen, it penetrated deeply into my everyday life.


What kind of delicious things to make and eat tomorrow,

I literally feel a small but certain happiness when I think about it and make a noise, The moment of a small business tripI heard it.
