CLASS101 operates an Intellectual Property Infringement Reporting Center to protect intellectual property rights and prevent infringement.

Intellectual property rights refer to rights pertaining to intellectual property, including knowledge, information, and technology created or discovered through human creative activity or experience, as well as expressions of ideas or emotions. These include patents, trademarks, design rights, utility model rights, and copyrights.

CLASS101 strives to ensure that intellectual property rights are not infringed at any stage, from class planning to sales. Nevertheless, if your intellectual property rights are being infringed by a class sold on our platform, please prepare the required documents and submit an IP infringement report to us by following the procedure below.

Required documents checklist

For individuals

  • IP Infringement Report Form
  • Documentation proving intellectual property rights (copy of IP registration, copy of copyrighted work, etc.)
  • Documentation related to IP infringement
  • Copy of reporter's ID (with unique identification information other than date of birth redacted)
  • Letter of authorization (if the reporter is not the IP rights holder)

For businesses/organizations

  • IP Infringement Report Form
  • Documentation proving intellectual property rights (copy of IP registration, copy of copyrighted work, etc.)
  • Documentation related to IP infringement
  • Copy of business registration certificate (or unique identification number certificate)
  • Copy of reporter's ID (with unique identification information other than date of birth redacted)
  • Letter of authorization (if the reporter is not the IP rights holder)

Important notices

CLASS101 may decline to process infringement reports that lack reasonable grounds.

Additionally, filing a false or fraudulent IP infringement report may result in civil liability for damages or criminal penalties against the reporter under applicable laws.

Notice on personal information collection and use

Purpose of personal information collection and use: Identity verification and identification of the reporter/rights holder, and delivery of information related to IP infringement reports

Personal information collected: Reporter/rights holder information (name, email address, contact number, address)

Retention and usage period: Information is retained for 3 years from the date the reporting process is closed for additional processing, including actions on infringement reports and notifications to the parties involved. Once the purpose of personal information collection and use has been fulfilled, the information will be promptly destroyed.

You may refuse the collection and use of your personal information; however, doing so may limit your ability to submit an IP infringement report.
