Class introduction

This is an introductory rattan craft class where you can make a variety of objects using the most basic techniques.

From a futon that will shake off your worries, to a tea coaster where you can use dyed ingredients, a lampshade with an attractive light, a mirror resembling a bagel, and a sewing box resembling an Andong apple.

Let's make some rattan accessories together that will make you feel the warmth.

Being simple but faithful to the basics is a more beautiful method that lasts a long time without getting tired of it than using brilliant finesse.

You can make a variety of beautiful and practical items by applying only the most basic techniques that are commonly used. After taking all of these classes, you can also make other props by applying them in various ways by yourself.

For those who are new to rattan crafts, such as how to clean rattan, which is the material for rattan crafts, the easiest way to start and finish, how to apply the techniques you have learned, etc., I will help you create a highly finished result easily and comfortably.

It's okay if you can't make it crooked. It's okay if I make a mistake while doing it.
Let's get started with rattan crafts that will blow away the clutter.

It is an Andong fairy tale in Andong, Gyeongbuk, where you make what you want to make that is as useful as possible from thin and long things. After studying architecture and working at a publishing house, I returned to my hometown to run a fairy tale workshop.

I think I've come this far after overcoming the hardships of corporate life with various handicrafts.

I had to relieve the stress of work during the day by moving my hands at home at night. I forgot to use my head to do the painful thing.

Students often say that too.

“My misconceptions have disappeared, and I feel more at ease.”

“It was nice to feel like I was the only one left, not my mom or any employee.”

I was surprised to see how I first fell in love with handicrafts. Everyone can do it easily, so I hope you have a good hobby and forget your worries and have time for yourself.
