I was immersed in the artist's calm voice, and before that, I was able to listen to it because it was a style of painting that I really liked. It was great to know the artist's drawing method, how to choose materials, etc. It was also nice that he showed me imaginable methods. I really like the solid curriculum that helps me make wonderful expressions while drawing illustrations in an easy and fun way. I'm getting help:)

It was like a colored pencil illustration hobby class, and although they explained how to draw various illustrations using shapes, it was a bit disappointing because I was expecting more specialized content. For those who want to do it as a hobby, I think it will be a healing time where you can draw along without much thought.

I've learned that even pictures that seem difficult are connections between simple shapes! First, I simply expressed the picture by connecting a circle, square, and three lights as a sketch, and before I knew it, the work was completed! When I first drew, things I wanted to do are easy to draw with Sulchi!

I don't think I'm lazy, I'm an illustrator who doesn't seem lazy. I have an unusual obsession where I stop and record my favorite scene right in front of me, even if I miss the train I'm about to board.

My tool that is always there for me, colored pencils

When I draw a picture, I feel really happy when the feeling of blindness flows through my hands. Also, colored pencils don't need to open the lid, need water, or mix colors. Being quite lazy, I always put colored pencils in the corner of my desk that I could reach for and draw, and when I started drawing in a drawing diary, they naturally became my tool.

I'm going to draw small, happy stories

I get a lot of inspiration from things I usually love. I think things I like, such as food, love, friends, travel, animals, nature, and vivid colors, are unknowingly discovered, recorded, and expressed. In particular, I think I'm most interested in expressing the emotions that come and go in relationships with people with objects and characters.


When drawing The most important thing is to draw a picture with a story. When I record what happened today, there are some stories, even though they are very small ones. When I draw a picture that is imbued with such a small story, viewers can communicate with various emotions. That's what I think of as a “picture.”

From patterns to characters!

You'll learn about a variety of topics, such as how to effectively express oil colored pencils, how to draw various patterns that often appear in my paintings, find a color I like and complete a picture, a picture diary where I draw points from my travels, and how to draw with chubby Seolchi characters.
