I'm Park El-ri, an illustrator who captures strange and beautiful stories with colored pencils.

A long time ago, when I was raising a cat, I suddenly had this thought.

“What is my cat doing while I'm away?”

“Are you walking around on two feet or watching TV?”

“What are you thinking when you look at me?”

While imagining that, I made eye contact with my cat and wrote down my thoughts that came to mind.

Many of my favorite movies had animals in them. “How much fun would it be if there really was a world like that?”

I think I've often imagined that.

These wacky imaginations used to fill my boring everyday life with a little more fun and warmth.

In this class, we'll be drawing cute little animals together that started from that kind of imagination.
