Arduino? I think I've heard of it..?

๐Ÿ“ Arduino (Arduino) = my own little computer!

'Smart OO', There are few products that do not include the word smart in front of a product. In order to make such smart products, electronic components such as โ€œsensorsโ€ are needed. Arduino (Arduino)allows you to connect these sensors and electronic components to control them small computerThat's right.

Don't just learn software, learn hardware too!

๐Ÿ“ There's so much you can do with Arduino.

In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, understanding Arduino is essential. Because Smart robotset Internet of things (IoT) This is because devices will fill our surroundings in the future.

Once you learn Arduino, the things you use will be optimized more and more sensibly, and you will be able to automate your daily routine!

An Arduino class that will give wings to your imagination!

๐Ÿ“ Let's create 5 works together.

Even if you don't have any electrical/electronic knowledge, even if you are an ordinary person with no programming experience, anyone can study a little โ€œMy one and only work in the worldโ€I can create.

This time Arduino Fundamentals CourseIn, we will learn step by step from the basics of electrical/electronics and the basics of programming, and create a total of 5 projects together.

  • project 1: Changing colors in a variety of ways LED flower making
  • project 2: Turns on automatically when it gets dark Mood light making
  • project 3: Loud piezo piano making
  • project 4: Dance when people approach you Responsive frame making
  • project 5: With the songs I want jukebox making

In the intermediate course that will be held later, I will also teach you how to control devices with a smartphone. First of all, start with the Arduino Beginner Course and be sure to go through this class!

A class that doesn't stop at theory, but actually makes it!

๐Ÿ“ Keep the book covered and follow along as you watch in class!

As interest in Arduino grows, many books and lectures are pouring out. However, most of them are structured close to theory books, so even after finishing a book, there are many people who don't know how to use it.

Therefore, in each chapter, I created a work based on what I learned, and organized it so that I could introduce how to use it together.

๐Ÿ“ Through this course, you can

  • Build basic knowledge about electricity/electronics,
  • Know how to control various sensors and actuators by programming,
  • You'll be able to turn your own ideas into everyday works.

Do I need to buy what I need?

๐Ÿ“ No, you can make it right away without anything!

I think even if you don't have an Arduino kit 'Tinker CAD' I configured it so that I can create results using an Arduino simulator called.

๐Ÿ“ You can try making it a simulator like this.

Don't be afraid! It's okay if you really don't know anything. I'll teach you everything from the basics of Arduino to block coding and how to code text. If you follow the simulator usage and coding one by one, a good work will appear in front of you.

First of all, try creating works one by one on the simulator with me, and if there is a work you want to create in real life or a new one, it's not too late to buy a starter kit:)

(*For instructions on purchasing separately, please refer to the <About the kit> section.)

I'm an Arduino creator, Codederm.

๐Ÿ“ I'm from Mun too!

As a liberal arts student, I was very interested in Visual Basic and MS Access databases, which I first encountered when I was in my fourth year of university. So even after I got a job, I continued to use it in my work and began to try new languages such as Python and R.

When I first got a new job, I was lucky enough to enter TFT for work automation, and I had the opportunity to create a proper program for the first time. At that time, the first program I created was a financial analysis program.

Since then, I began my career in automating and systematizing various tasks such as membership management systems, boarding certificate issuance programs, sales analysis programs, and attendance management programs.

As a result of that, I became interested in manufacturers like Arduino, and with Arduino, I ran around to learn about 3D design, laser cutting machines, UV printers, woodworking equipment, etc., and as a result, I got a place in the field of coding education.

๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿปโ€๐Ÿ’ป Codemm gives you an Arduino 1:1 coaching ticket (2 times)

  • You can ask a total of 3 questions per coaching ticket.
  • For each question, we will write an answer of around 250 characters and send it to you.
  • First, we will provide coaching when you ask questions about circuit configuration and coding for each project.
  • Second, we will provide coaching when expanding/changing to your own project based on the lesson content.
  • Third, if you have questions about the future direction of study, we will coach you.
  • If you have any other questions related to the class, we will carefully coach you within the limits of your answers.
  • When asking a question, you must send a picture of the circuit you have configured along with the code for an accurate answer.
  • It catches circuit and programming errors, provides direction guidance, and does not provide the code itself.
  • The coaching ticket can be used for 20 weeks from the date of purchase.
  • If not used within the period, no refund will be given.

๐Ÿ“ฉ Coaching tickets are subject to some changes, and we will be fully informed when they change.

๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿปโ€๐Ÿ’ป What to bring to Arduino (don't worry!)

๐Ÿ“ If you only want to simulate online on the Tinker CAD site, you don't need to prepare any materials.

  1. Tinker CAD registration (https://www.tinkercad.com/): This course is designed so that you can learn Arduino through 'Tinker Cad', a site where you can learn and simulate Arduino online without an Arduino kit. Therefore, you don't need an Arduino kit to take the course itself, but if you want to create your own work, you should prepare the following items. (An internet connection is required to connect to Tinker CAD.)
  2. Arduino starter kit: If you want to create your own artwork, you'll need an Arduino starter kit. For those who are new to Arduino, I will introduce in detail the site where you can buy starter kits through the [What to bring video] in the curriculum. Meanwhile, if you already have an Arduino starter kit, you can prepare it by referring to the list of required parts below.
  3. Materials for making works: Each work was made of paper. For the exterior of each work, I used black paper (200g) and 8 sheets of paper for each work, 1 sheet for each work. You can replace the exterior with a recycled box, or you can replace it with other materials you have at home. If you use 200g or more paper when purchasing, it can hold the appearance a little more firmly. Also, I used paper foil for the petals, but you can use Hanji paper, etc., or substitute A4 paper to make them.

The parts pictured above are examples of cases where they are usually included when purchasing an Arduino starter kit. Some kits may not include certain parts, so if you are purchasing a starter kit, make sure that the parts listed below are included.

[parts list]

  1. Arduino Uno (Uno)
  2. Breadboard: In the photo, the left breadboard is 400 pins, and the right breadboard is 830 pins. Since the 830 pin is only used in [Making a Piano], those who only have 400 pins can use a reduced number of piano buttons.
  3. Jumper wires: U-shaped jumper wires are useful when making pianos. However, you can replace it with another jumper wire.
  4. Resistance: A resistance of 220 ohms and 10 K ohms (10,000 ohms) is required.
  5. Ultrasonic sensors: Ultrasonic sensors have 3 pins and 4 pins, and you can use either one.
  6. LED: Please prepare it in the color you want.
  7. Piezo buzzer: There are two types: active type and passive type. Of these, we use a manual buzzer.
  8. Ambient light sensor
  9. RGB LED
  10. Buttons: You need as many scales as you want to express in piano making. In other words, if you want to express low degrees to high degrees, you need 10, but if you only want to express degrees to soles, 5 is enough.
  11. LCD: For those who take the course with their own kit, in addition to the basic 1602 LCD provided by Tinker CAD, we have included a course on the I2C LCD module as a bonus.
  12. Servo motor: Uses a 9g servo motor.

๐Ÿ“ 10 years of work automation and systematization experience

I have always been interested in business automation and systematization while working for an American airline, a German legal insurance company, and a medical device manufacturer, and I have been studying programming (MS Access, Python, etc.) for 10 years and have been using it in my work.

Over the past 10 years, we have come up with ideas for automation and systematization of various tasks to increase productivity, plan, receive approval, and directly develop and produce programs, train employees, receive feedback, and go through the process of improving them.

The program was built by directly planning a financial analysis program, a sales analysis program, a attendance management program, a welfare point management program, and a boarding certificate printing program, etc., and incorporated the experience of the overall flow from the idea stage to employee training into the coding education.

Codemm believes it can provide another new perspective and value in the coding education industry.

When I first learned Arduino, books were limited, and there were almost no offline lectures around, so I remember studying while searching through foreign books and lectures.

Now that Arduino has become more popular, many textbooks and lectures have come out, I've seen that many people are still struggling to use it even after getting started.

So I prepared this lecture in the form of a project. I will organize an easy but full course so that the general public, who is not an engineering student like me, can take on the challenge.

Through Arduino, I hope that more people can learn the principles of coding and apply them to real life while sharing their ideas with the world.
