What do you think of when it comes to art therapy?

I'm not good at drawing, is that okay?

Isn't it just for people with a sick heart?

This is a question I've heard from many people while working as an art therapist in the field. However, as you might think, art therapy doesn't deal with technical aspects, so you don't need to draw well. I think it would be nice if you understood that it is a work where you can freely unravel and meet psychological difficulties and your inner heart through art activities.

A class combining art therapy and healing

Hello, I'm Yellow and Pink, who work as art therapists. This class It contains the process of relaxing and relieving emotions through various art works. If you agree with the following, please pay attention to this class.

People who are often stressed and frustrated
Those who want to know about me
People who need comfort from themselves or who want to gain courage

“I feel at ease”

“I feel more confident”

“It was an opportunity for me to think about myself”

This is a response from many people who have experienced art therapy on the subject of actual healing art.

Sound from outside is off, full self on!

Focus on time just for yourself in a place where you feel comfortable. How much do you think I know about myself on a daily basis?

I think I know myself better than anyone else, but that's not the case. Since so many people play various roles and are focused on others, I think it's a good idea to think about whether I'm putting myself off because I really want to take a break from stress.

It is a healing program prepared by Yellow and Pink, using art media every time through “discovering me” in various ways Nara supports me about what people like, what they think, and what they want, and experience a change in the way they look at meI'm going to do it.

<A healing art book that captures my complete self!! >

The healing art class prepared by Pink and Yellow is structured step by step with various media and topics, as if the baby crawls, takes the first step, and gradually grows. This class concludes by completing a healing art book where you can record and store yourself as if you were on a treasure hunt in the process.

The end of this path will be a new experience of fully understanding yourself. On the first path, yellow and pink, art therapists who have received professional training, will join you as guides.
