Hallo I'm Jung Jung, the master of traditional Korean fermented vinegar. Since I was a child, I grew up with the scent of sake and vinegar in my house. After studying traditional fermentation from my grandmother and mother, I obtained a Ph.D. in fermented food brewing and became a master of traditional Korean fermented vinegar.


What I've only been studying until now, I want to share with people who love vinegar. Vinegar can be difficult, but it's really easy and fun if you learn it right.

I grew up in a fermented family with sake, koji, and vinegar, and learned how to make koji, sake, and vinegar from my older aunt and mother, who inherited my grandmother's excellent sake brewing skills.


In particular, vinegar, which comes down as a permanent medicine from the house, is used as a folk remedy for stomach upset, colds, body aches, etc., and when I lost my health due to neck disc surgery, I recovered by taking care of my health with vinegar, and vinegar is a very special food for the master of fermentation, Jung Jung Jung.


In 2019, he was recognized as a master of traditional Korean fermentation, obtained a doctorate degree for his thesis on fermented vinegar, and is promoting healthy drinking of vinegar to the world through fusion fermentation.
