About the class
In a relaxed atmosphere, I'd like to introduce a special class that everyone can easily follow.
In this class, where anyone can comfortably participate, from beginners to those with a passion for cooking, we will teach you how to do beautiful plating and express dishes in a slightly special way.
Let's learn how to plate food in a simple yet delicate way, and share some simple tips to make everyday cooking even more beautiful. Let's make a Korean dish that looks like Western food and a Korean dish that looks like a dessert together.
Since I didn't major in cooking, I think I was able to think of a broad range of topics that weren't stuck in any framework. Enjoy a unique plating method along with a way to freely express your creative ideas.

What makes this class special
The fine dining plate is really nice. Just looking at it makes me happy. In fact, even if it's not a great dish, you can enjoy fine dining just with the ingredients you have at home if you pay a little attention to the ingredients you have at home.
There is a perception that guest invitations should always be filled to the table to be properly served. However, this isn't necessarily the case for the guest invitation I made. On the contrary, most people say that when they see the invited food I made, it's the first plating they see. Learn my own unique plating know-how through this course. We'll help you serve Korean food in a variety of ways, just like course meals.
