Memorable “infographics” even in a society with too much information
Do you guys know what an infographic is?
An infographic is a method of conveying information or data in an easy-to-understand manner with diagrams and illustrations.
We live in a society with too much information, but there is a limit to the amount of information we can consume and our time.
Since information can be visualized and summarized on a single screen, demand for infographics has increased in recent years as designs that “do not require words” and are “easy to remember.” In addition to materials in the business scene, their use in everyday life, such as SNS and the web, is also spreading.
An infographic for the first time

More than just a recipe design, a design that conveys “how to” and “process” with a strong impact on SNS and the web
This class is about more than just learning about design. You will learn about design that leverages the strength of being conveyed at a glance, which is the strength of infographics.
Once you understand the shape of an infographic, anyone will be able to create content that catches the eye on SNS and the web.
We have prepared 3 assignments: “How to design a graph with caricatures and icons inserted under the theme of “Olympics,” “How to draw an illustration that looks like 3D with the theme of “share house,” and “How to express the process with illustrations using the theme of “curry.” You will learn a lot of drawing and organization skills through this assignment.

Yusuke Watanabe
I wanted to propose communication tools that make use of illustrations in my design work, so I started infographics.
Basically, the layout and illustration style are changed depending on the purpose and target of the project. We have created a number of infographics while considering the conductor of information collection, the unification of the worldview with surrounding design, and expansion to the web and printed matter.
Born in 1992. Born in Tochigi. Mainly in charge of graphic design and art direction at Cocoroé Inc. (Kokoroe).
It won the Good Design Award for general visuals of the Metropolitan Police Department's traffic safety project, the Global Environmental Partnership Plaza (GEOC) infographic, and Mother Juice's branding design in 2016.
We also have a lot of experience with infographics related to internal branding etc. of major companies such as Forbes and Sony.
From 2021, we will focus on ecosystems and food cycles, and produce “free farmer illustration materials.” By utilizing free materials, we visualize agricultural and cooking processes, the ecology and circulation of living things, and the wisdom of sustainable living. (Reference https://nawmin.com/)
