What is Muknamul?

It means that it is not a herb that picks jelly, but a frozen herb

Muknamul refers to herbs that are ripped off when wild vegetables or vegetables are golden, dried, and used from winter to spring of the following year. In spring, they mainly use wild vegetables such as bracken, chicken sprouts, and acacia shoots to make jelly herbs, while in the fall, they buy jelly herbs using grown vegetables. Muknamul is rich in anthocyanins and has a large amount of healthy fiber, so it has excellent anti-inflammatory effects, and is said to energize the body because it has a good effect on excreting waste products from the body.
