The topic of this video

<This is the path from consumer to producer>

This is a video I definitely don't want my parents to watch.

This video is something I definitely want my kids to watch after age 17.

Me and everyone

and

It's a story about our children.

Making the video short...

There are so many things I want to convey

The video was over 40 minutes long..

I'm frustrated in reality

What you know, feel, and experience

It's all captured in this video.

Even if it's long, I want you to watch it until the end...

Thinking about office workers, office workers, and workers

And I created it by looking back at myself.

I was thinking a lot about whether to make a video.

And the bottom line is “Let's post it.” It was.

An office worker who is working,

And all the workers

<The path from consumer to producer>

I hope you can watch the video.

My sincerity is through this video

I hope it will be delivered to all of you.

I definitely wanted to say this.

Living a lifetime as a consumer rather than a producer

It's like working for the rest of your life.

This is a story that left me frustrated.

I'm talking about a time when I worked hard and was recognized by the company for a long time.

The CEO told me this.

“If your kids grow up, I'll get a job at my company.”

What is clear is that the representative never spoke in bad faith.

The representative who liked me, who came out with a good track record

I think it was done for me.

I walked over with a smile.

When I came home, the story kept ringing in my ears.

“If your kids grow up, I'll get a job at my company.”

The more I think about it, the more

My heart was heavy.

In the corner of a 10-square-meter house, I bowed my head alone in the corner of the room

I spent a while without saying anything like that.

“Are my kids going to live as slaves who only work for the rest of their lives?”

It was a shame.

Over time, I began to get angry.

I was upset as an incompetent dad.

If I heard that, I'd laugh and laugh, but

It was very uncomfortable to say that to my kids.

It was so pathetic for me to pass it over with a smile even after hearing such a story.

I made a commitment from the bottom of my heart.

“I'm not going to raise my kids as someone who only works for the rest of their lives.”

“I'm going to raise my kids to start their own businesses.”

“I will raise them to live for themselves.”

I continued to make this commitment from the bottom of my heart.

“My kids will never let me live like me.”

If you were in the same situation as me, would you be as angry as me?

How are you guys?

Have you had the same experience as me?

I'll never forget this brief conversation I had with the CEO.

I'll probably leave it behind for the rest of my life.

Because it's not just my story

Because it's about my kids.

For me, this short experience

It became the axis of rotation of my life.

Consumers and <<>producers>

Edit Image Info

We all live as consumers.

They buy food and buy what they need.

We are inevitably living by consuming it.

It's not just a person who lives here while spending

There are people who live while also producing.

If demand is the consumer, then the producer does the supply.

I use the Samsung Galaxy Note or Apple iPad to shoot videos.

I bought this product and am using it.

I'm a consumer.

It's a terrible consumer.

And Samsung and Apple are producers.

I also used this electronic product to become a producer

Striving to create added value

It's small, but it's creating added value.

Why should I become a producer?

Why should we live as a supplier?

The world is divided into two main parts.

Consumers and suppliers that satisfy consumers.

Consumers and producers that satisfy consumers.

The person who peels off the chewing gum scabs on the floor of the store

A person who asks you to remove chewing gum scabs.

landlord and tenant.

Employees and employers that hire employees.

Employees and the boss who hires them.

If you don't live by producing something

Till You Die Forever

You have to live by consuming only.

Kevin O'Leary says salary is a “drug”

It's a story covered in the video

Kevin O'Leary

“Salary is a drug.”

It says.

The reason is,

Because it makes me forget my dreams.

Edit Image Info

Consuming only means being under someone else

It means you have to live by doing only what you tell them to do.

Since they don't produce, there won't be any profit.

If so

The salary you get for working as an employee.

Wouldn't they be producers because their salary is also money?

No.

I don't think so.

The salary is given by the boss who is <producer>.

The money earned from the 'system' created by oneself is distributed to employees.

That money, to be precise, is the owner of the business system

Producers and bosses make money.

So people who only save money with their salary

It's definitely not a “producer.”

Gentlemen, you must be a producer, not a consumer.

I'm also trying to become a producer.

I'm also a consumer who needs to go with you.

It's a terrible consumer.

One of the reasons I'm making this video is that I'm aware of this myself

I want to be a producer with you.

I definitely wanted to share this with all of you.

The reason I told my shameful story

On this topic with you

Because I wanted to share it.

A small producer that I can start from my current bowl.

From this moment on

Employees who work at the bottom of the south

Should we only live as a consumer for the rest of our lives?

No, that's not the case.

Whether you start as an employee or work as a worker

You can become a producer.

Something I've experienced throughout my life. and

Based on the knowledge I learned from Dr. Peter Drucker, the father of business administration

I tried to make it as objective as possible.

For employees and workers who work hard in Korea

I sincerely respect you.

Because my parents also had a lifetime

This is because they are workers, people who have lived as workers.

And the workers, my parents, who are workers

More recognized by the world

I hope to be respected.

Not just my parents

Currently working hard on my work

All those who work responsibly

This is what I want to say to the workers.
