5 years of experience in space management

I put it as it is

강의사진 After 5 years of creating and operating a living space, I wanted to capture all the experience I had accumulated from planning to construction, operation, and management.

For beginners who are still unfamiliar with space rental and space business, I will start by understanding the living space rental business. Before blindly creating a space, it contains step by step how to plan and how to prepare and create a space.

In addition, in the space rental business, we share practical know-how on how to operate and manage, which is more important than creating an actual physical space.

“Space with fans”

It's sustainable.

후암서재 Recently, there are many attractive and so-called instagrammable spaces around us. Local cafes, restaurants, and even shared spaces. As an architect, there are many spaces where I can just open my mouth.

We must create and operate a space that survives the flood of attractive spaces. It's not just a space that sparkles, it's a space that people are constantly looking for.

To do this, it is necessary to think about the branding of the space from the planning stage and create a space where customers can be satisfied, and a space where customers become fans.

Are you preparing to start a space business?

You too can create a space where fans are born.

후암거실 If you are preparing for a space rental business by creating a space that captures our daily lives, such as eating together, cooking together, practicing together, and having meetings or meetings, you can prepare for everything from planning to planning, planning, and operation through this course. I aim to create a space with fans who are loved and loved for a long time by incorporating my own tastes.

Create a space that captures your own tastes

You can start operations.

Whether you are creating a space for the first time or running it for the first time, you can create a space that is fully loved by preparing one by one together through lectures.

In particular, instead of blindly designing and creating a space, we start by branding the space through solid planning. Also, we think together about which neighborhood and what space to start from.

How about creating space? Above all, we put ourselves in the customer's shoes and work with them to create and fill the space. After creating a space, I disclose my know-how on how to operate it and how to respond to customers.

The management of the space is not romantic.

However, with the power of fans who love the space I created, I can continue to operate the space.

Space management is a difficult business where the tasks of responding to customer inquiries, managing reservations, and cleaning the space every time are repeated. If you only think and dive in romantically easily, you can quickly get tired.

However, if you listen to fans who love space and thank them for creating such a space after using the space, you will feel empowered to keep the space running. Because of that, I'm still working as a cleaning architect.

If the space has fans and can continue to operate the space with the help of customers, it is natural to secure sustainable and stable profits.

Don't be too afraid, let's create a shared space step by step in the lecture
