❶ The first exercise celebrities learned about and praised

The EDM Yoga Flight created by Sydney Benner, a celebrity trainer working in LA, seemed easy to look at, but celebrities who had experienced it firsthand were amazed at how effective the exercise was so great that they would sweat even if they moved a little. Not only that, EDM Yoga Flight, which has attended many fitness events in Korea as well as overseas, such as the official invitation to the overseas premium resort club Med in Bintan, Indonesia, and YogaFesta in Singapore, and even attended the EDM festival stage, is now visiting you.

EDM from BaDash, a hot female DJ working in LA, will be laid out, and high-intensity and low-intensity workouts will be repeated accordingly. I thought about static yoga, but I was really surprised to hear that yoga is based on EDM music. It was fun and refreshing to do yoga to an exciting song. Even though they seemed simple, these movements required a high level of strength and flexibility, so I was sweating a lot, and it felt like it was a great exercise to stimulate every corner of my muscles.
