Class introduction

If you are a junior who has joined a startup but has no seniors to ask for advice, and is frustrated and uneasy about whether I'm doing my job well, please pay attention to this class.

In this class, I included stories of the failures and successes of more than 1,500 entrepreneurs I met while working to find and nurture start-up teams, and my current experience of working at BizOps (BizOps) and having to execute jobs in a wide range of fields quickly and accurately.

Business terms used in 'startups', how to use manuals to manage work and move forward more quickly, oral and written communication methods, and ways to grow through retrospective and feedback.

No one can clearly tell you everything from A to Z, but I will tell you the sense of work that you must know in order to become a “good person at work” and how to manage work efficiently. What's the difference between me and someone who works well? What's the difference between explosively fast growing juniors? If you're curious, check it out in class and go one step further by <growing junior>.

Course effect

  • If you're a junior, you can more easily overcome growing pains that you can't avoid.
  • You can learn the “way to work” itself and the “work methodology to do a good job” for all tasks, not just startups.
  • You can learn about the explosive growth of know-how while attending a company.

Recommended target

  • Juniors in the 1st to 3rd year who want to grow rapidly by learning how to work efficiently and effectively in startups
  • Those who are worried about how to give feedback to juniors who are not working efficiently
  • Those who are preparing to get a job/move to a startup
  • Those who are curious about the culture and way startups grow

Two things make this class special

① To grow into a junior who is good at work

Just one business white paper

It contains everything in a single class to be stable in a startup and grow into a junior who works well.

It covers everything from 1) how to adapt to the startup culture and quickly grasp work immediately after joining the company, 2) how to systematically manage work and perform it efficiently, and 3) how to use retrospective and feedback to further grow yourself.

② Know-how you can't know unless you experience it,

It comes from trial and error

<Job TUTORIAL FOR JUNIORS>

While working to discover and nurture startups, I met more than 1,500 entrepreneurs and heard their stories up close. In addition, he is currently in charge of BizOps (BizOps) and is engaged in a wide range of tasks such as organizational management/recruitment/strategy/sales. It is also an essential competency to handle various tasks quickly and efficiently.

I made a difference in the way they work by conveying my unique growth method to juniors through lectures and coaching. <Alto v's Junior Iljaller Tutorial>, which drew people's sympathy from many channels such as brunch, publishing, and outstanding>, right now in Class 101.

Pre-course notes - Tips for getting more out of the class

While listening to a lecture, write down and organize the content in your own way. After listening to the lecture, try to organize your memories on a blank sheet of paper. It is difficult to apply knowledge and know-how from other people's work experiences to practice by simply listening to them.

Try it in parallel with a work retrospective. I work while thinking about what I heard in the lecture at work the next day. Also, before you leave work, make a note of how you felt during the day's work.

Curriculum

Creator

I'm Alto (Alto) who works for BizOps at the healthcare startup “AlgoCare”. He wrote the book “Surviving as a Startup Junior,” and is also active as a writer for Brunch, Nowadays IT, and MobiInside.

I have a lot of experience in conducting various trainings such as training for new employees of large companies, lectures for startup CEOs and juniors, and onboarding new employees in the company. I do my best not to let anyone else go through at least as much trial and error as I've experienced.

Q. Is there anyone who would particularly recommend this class?

  • I would recommend it most to juniors who have joined a startup but can't ask anything, and are frustrated and unsure about what I'm doing well. I'll share my know-how on how to do a good job in a startup.

Q. Tell me about the creator in a nutshell!

  • While working in a BizOps (BizOps) position, I am in charge of various tasks such as organizational management/recruitment/strategy/sales. I have a lot of work. Therefore, I need to do a lot of work at the required level and within the right time. A work methodology was essential.

Q. What are your dreams for the future?

  • I'm not a great expert, but I think I should share a lot of my experience even if I'm ashamed. I hope others will share their trial-and-error experiences and know-how. If it helps someone a little bit, that would be worth it too.
