Do you have too many things to take care of when running a software service and your head is complicated?

Or are you dreaming of moving into the IT industry and want to take a peek at the actual workplace?

This class is for PMs like me.

More broadly, it also includes helpful content for service planners, customer success managers, and QA personnel. I think PM is a job where the scope of work varies widely depending on which company you work for. However, if they have something in common, it is that they often have to do everything they could do little by little if they can get help from this class.

Notion has already become a very popular tool in the IT industry. Furthermore, if you've ever been lost in documents and data while working, you've probably considered using it at least once, or you're already using it. With the popularity of Notion, there are more and more Notion lectures these days, so I wanted to create a class that cannot satisfy many people at once, but can definitely satisfy PMs like me.

This course follows each stage of work that the PM will be responsible for in order.

(1) Identify what features the current product has,

(2) Managing ideas and bugs that serve as a basis for product improvements,

(3) Prioritize the issues that have been piled up.

(4) After that, when the project starts, find out how to write the necessary PRD and how to manage the project schedule,

(5) Finally, let's take a look at the things you need to take into account when deploying services.

In addition to this, we will spend time together creating Notion templates that will be used in each step.

Notes before taking the course

All classes are based on Notion for PC.
You can also practice all of the lessons with a free Notion account.
There is a chapter where services other than Notion, such as Zapier and Google Form, are introduced, but similarly, all exercises are available with a free account.
For every Notion template introduced in the class, specific production methods are introduced to the class, and all finished versions are open to the public for free. However, it is free for students, so please do not distribute/sell it to third parties.
