2 reasons why this class is special
Since I'm active as an active player, it wasn't an easy decision to disclose my know-how. However, since the Korean fencing sabre sport is popular, I wanted to pass on that know-how to juniors and fencing lovers. I'll generously share my own know-how and strategies I've built up while working as an athlete.
❶ Technical proficiency and capacity building training
You can improve your technical proficiency through Kim Joon-ho's know-how in each fencing technique and 'advantage maximization training' that maximizes one's strengths. Learn image training so you can read your opponent's movements and develop various strategies. Through training, you can perfect your own technical configuration.
❷ The secret of the national team's clever game strategy
I'll tell you the fencing strategy of Korea, the world's number one team, that can't be learned anywhere else. Learn the strategic thinking of fencers with world-class skills and analyze the game videos of professional players together. You can create a strategy that takes the winning game flow.

Interviews
Q. Is there a way to overcome the slump?
When there's a slump, start the basics all over again. Athletes inevitably experience a slump, and in such situations, it's helpful to build basic skills from the beginning. As you build up your basic skills, you will naturally develop your mindset.
Q. Do you have any mental care know-how for athletes?
As an athlete, I face various difficulties in various situations. However, I still feel the greatest pressure from the game. The pressure on the game is a problem that all players can't help but feel. Accepting this pressure well has a big impact on players' skills.
My opinion on the stress of the game is that you have to do your best in the game first and leave the results to the sky. The game also affects the physical condition and luck of the day, so you can't control everything. If you build a body that can do your best and do your best at the game, there will be progress. I can give feedback on actions and tactics myself. However, if you don't do your best, your body isn't ready, and you can't even remember what kind of game you played because you can't afford it. Therefore, when players go to the game, they must make a commitment to learn even one more thing.
Q. What are your current challenges when you're getting the best grades?
There's a pressure to maintain skills and meet people's expectations. I'm trying to use this kind of pressure as a nutrient for growth rather than stress. If they don't accept the pressure, players won't be able to play their own games. Little by little, I'm trying to clear the idea that someone should be satisfied through the game. Everyone can't be satisfied anyway, so don't be biased and play your own game.
