Awareness meditation, why do we need it?

Maintaining a calm state of mind may seem easy to protect, but it's the hardest thing. Where can I get a calm state of mind?


Many people think that serenity comes from positive emotions such as joy and happiness, but in fact, we can't always be positive. This is because just as the world changes, eventually all of a person's mind and state change.


When we feel free and at ease, it's not always because we're in a happy state.

Nor is it possible to control every situation.

Our serenity is due to our ability to be aware of, accept, and live the moment in any situation.


The power to live vividly in the present, the power to look at my heart as it is and help me recover.

How to take a class

Awareness meditation is divided into a total of 4 stages.

  • Step 1 Breathing: Noticing the Present by Breathing
  • Step 2 Body: Become aware of your body's senses through gentle focus
  • Level 3 Mind: Being Aware of My Feelings and Thoughts
  • Step 4 Getting Out of Me: Crossing the Boundary of “I” and Noticing Me


This class is a class where you learn three and four levels of mindfulness and awareness through getting away from yourself.

Q. What led you to start meditating?

I majored in art and was very interested in expressing myself. Then, “Who am I? What kind of life should I live? ' I have more time to think seriously. The desire to get to know me more deeply led me to start meditating and I met Singing Ball. Currently, we are exploring ourselves, experiencing times of healing and growth, and living a shared life. I've been running the 'Sound Bath Seoul' meditation class for 5 years now. I want to share the peace and joy I felt with more people.


Q. What message would you like to send through this class?

I think my country is a place where everything is moving fast. There are so many things we miss in the pace of life. I wanted to tell you how to relax even in a busy day.

They say that the path of a meditation guide is a guide rather than a leader because it is a path that goes with others. We'll meet with you on a journey of mind to meet our various inner feelings and grow into a strong self.
